Setting up Greyhound and Whappodo

Note

Make sure you are using the latest version of Greyhound. You must have set up a messenger in Whappodo to use Greyhound.

  1. Open your Greyhound and select menu SettingsAccountsMessenger Accounts
  2. Click on Create new messenger account
  3. Fill in the Account name field and change the Status to activated
  4. For Provider, select Whappodo
  5. For Messenger, select the corresponding messenger
  6. For Channel, assign your own name
  7. You can get the API key and further information in your personal Whappodo Area
  8. Confirm with OK

Setup

Done!

All incoming messages should now be transmitted to Greyhound. When you process tickets, all messages will be sent to your customers via the corresponding messenger.
